BOQ Group seeks a strategic Head of Data Governance to shape how the organisation governs, protects and derives value from data assets. You will lead data governance, data quality, lineage, privacy and lifecycle management, establishing standards, controls and evidence to ensure data is trusted and explainable while enabling delivery.

This senior role collaborates with executives, risk partners and data owners to drive accountability and continuous improvement across the business and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data governance programs across complex environments.
• Ability to balance control with agility to enable delivery and decision-making.
• Communication of complex data concepts to executives, auditors and regulators.
