Job summary

Sigma Healthcare Limited is seeking a senior leader to establish and drive enterprise Master Data Management across the organisation, starting with Product, Supplier and Customer domains. You will partner with business leaders, operations, IT, supply chain and analytics teams to set strategy and translate it into practical change.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Distribution or Supply Chain environments.
• Experience establishing enterprise MDM capabilities, governance and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the enterprise MDM strategy and roadmap with our implementation partner.
• Establish governance forums, decision‑making processes, data ownership, stewardship, policies, standards and controls.
• Lead the master data capability across governance, stewardship and shared services with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Manage daily operations, service catalogues, KPIs, SLAs and reporting to deliver reliable services.
• Drive data quality and remediation programs, process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Manage dependencies and escalations across data domains, building stewardship and engagement.
• Define platform requirements and partner with technology teams to deliver workflow, data quality capabilities.
• Evaluate automation, AI and analytics opportunities to improve master data operations and onboarding speed.
• Partner with senior leaders, providing expert advice and presenting recommendations to executives.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, control costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Promote safe working and ensure policy compliance.
