BOQ Group seeks a Head of Data Governance to lead the enterprise agenda for governance, quality, lineage, privacy and lifecycle management.

You will partner with executives, data owners and risk partners to embed standards, reporting and controls that ensure data is trusted, explainable and defensible.

This role sits at the intersection of business, risk, technology and regulation, with significant executive engagement and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance, data quality, critical data elements, lineage, privacy and lifecycle management.
• Establish standards, controls and evidence to ensure data is trusted, explainable and defensible.
• Collaborate with executives, data owners and risk partners to build a governance model that enables delivery.
• Strengthen enterprise accountability for data through clear standards, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Engage with Executives, Audit and regulatory stakeholders to influence enterprise-wide outcomes.
