Aspen Medical International seeks a Quality Governance Lead for Digital Health Services to drive governance across the digital health portfolio and ensure alignment with national safety and quality standards. You will lead governance frameworks, oversee audits, incident management, and SOP architecture, and provide senior assurance to executives and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a health or allied health discipline.
• Significant experience in clinical governance, quality systems, or safety leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in digital health, virtual care, or technology-enabled service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of national safety and quality standards.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of the clinical governance framework across all Digital Health services
• Set quality, safety, and assurance standards applicable across all streams
• Provide senior oversight of audit, compliance, incident management, and SOP architecture
• Integrate audit findings and incident intelligence into system-level improvement priorities
• Deliver senior assurance to executives and external stakeholders
• Reduce reliance on ad-hoc escalation to the Clinical Manager through strong governance structures
