Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking an experienced Enterprise Master Scheduler to shape and mature project delivery through the newly established EPMO. The role leads schedule assurance, portfolio reporting and continuous improvement across the organisation, partnering with EPMO Directors and PMs to provide an integrated view of delivery performance and risks.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in project controls, scheduling and PMO functions in large organisations.
Advanced skills in schedule development, critical path analysis, dependency management and forecasting.
Experience conducting schedule assurance activities, health checks and independent reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of enterprise scheduling standards across projects and programs.
Provide independent schedule assurance and assess the realism of plans.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify schedule risks, constraints and critical path issues.
Identify at-risk projects and provide actionable recommendations for governance decisions.
Develop schedule recovery strategies with project leaders and support green-flag plans.
Facilitate enterprise planning activities including dependency management and milestone alignment.
