Explorate is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Brisbane to support enterprise accounts and manage a portfolio of high-growth opportunities. You will partner with Key Account Managers, assist onboarding, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries while collaborating across Operations, Customs, and Product teams to enhance service delivery.

The role focuses on relationship-building with emerging accounts, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive issue

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in international freight forwarding / logistics with exposure to operations or commercial functions.
• Experience supporting or managing customer accounts, with track record of resolving issues.
• Commercial and financial acumen, identifying growth opportunities and understanding revenue drivers.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple accounts and deadlines, working independently and in a team.
• Ability to negotiate and build rapport with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using technology and AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Key Account Managers to provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise accounts, as first contact for booking queries.
• Support onboarding by gathering requirements to establish clear execution instructions across internal departments.
• Prepare account reporting to support MBRS & QBRs and customer meetings.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues and track to resolution.
• Share account insights, risks and opportunities with KAMs.
