Job summary

Optus is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM and Planning to translate GTM and segment strategies into integrated, actionable plans across sales, marketing, product, and partners. You will lead governance, performance metrics, and ROI tracking to drive revenue and customer outcomes.

The role requires 10-15+ years of experience in telecommunications or related fields, with proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities to operate in a matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with delivery of GTM programs.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Enterprise GTM roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design, prioritise, and execute GTM initiatives to drive growth and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across sales, marketing, product and partners.
• Oversee GTM launches with milestone tracking, risk management and readiness.
• Establish GTM governance, metrics, and ROI tracking to measure impact.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement as segment champion.
