Job summary

Optus is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM and Planning to turn GTM and segment strategies into integrated, actionable plans across sales, marketing, product and partners. You will lead governance, performance tracking and ROI analysis to optimize GTM effectiveness and scalability.

You will bring 10-15+ years in telecom or related sectors, with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in GTM planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience in telecommunications or related fields.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Deep expertise in GTM planning, marketing, communications, or product management.
• Proven experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Enterprise GTM roadmap and align with business objectives.
• Design, prioritise, and execute GTM initiatives to drive sales growth and customer outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across sales, marketing, product, partners, and business units.
• Oversee governance of GTM launches, tracking milestones, risks, and readiness.
• Establish GTM governance, performance metrics, and ROI tracking.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement as Enterprise segment champion.
