Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Field Service Manager - Construction to lead deployment teams and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of complex public safety systems across regional sites in the Seattle/Redmond area. This senior role requires extensive travel and hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in low-voltage construction and field operations, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience, with Motorola DMR and DAS/BDA ERCES expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of low-voltage construction and field operations experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or field leadership experience.
• Experience deploying Motorola DMR systems, including CapMAX and/or LCP infrastructure.
• Strong Public Safety DAS/BDA/ERCES experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes, fire codes, and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment crews across concurrent projects.
• Manage schedules, resources, priorities, and project execution.
• Conduct pre-installation site walks and readiness assessments.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and oversee FATP.
• Coordinate inspections and permitting activities.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to field personnel.
