Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a hands-on Electrical Team Leader to guide field service teams on customer sites and drive safe, high‑quality electrical work. You will coordinate activities, mentor staff and maintain rigorous safety standards across projects.

Ideal candidates bring strong fault‑finding and documentation skills, a solid electrical trade background, and a commitment to customer satisfaction while delivering efficient field services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of electrical teams in field/industrial settings.
• Strong focus on safety, risk assessment and incident prevention.
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate multiple tasks on site.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.
• Understanding of electrical drawings and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on customer sites, ensuring safety and alignment with project scope.
• Enforce safety procedures, SWMS and ISO/HSEQ requirements on site.
• Coordinate daily activities, resources and scheduling to meet project outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain documentation, testing records and reporting for quality assurance.
