Job summary

Orchard is seeking a Program Manager to own delivery across a significant client portfolio. You will lead complex programs hands-on, while developing PMs and ensuring delivery quality, commercial health, and client confidence.

You will own delivery excellence, maintain portfolio visibility, manage budget vs actuals, and coach a team of PMs. AI tools like Claude will be part of how you work, shaping Orchard's delivery capability.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across key client portfolio with accountability for quality and margin.
Lead and coach PMs, fostering ownership and delivery excellence.
Maintain program visibility: milestones, dependencies, risks; surface options.
Collaborate with Account Direction to align business objectives with programs.
Embed AI approaches to enhance delivery capability and outcomes.
