Job summary

Peoplebank is leading a large-scale enterprise transformation in Melbourne, delivering a new billing platform, digital channels and a data transformation.

The Delivery Lead will drive end-to-end planning across multiple workstreams, manage schedules and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology. Strong Jira usage and stakeholder engagement are essential for success in this fast-paced program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Senior Project Manager or Program Delivery Manager.
• Strong scheduling, planning and dependency management skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale, business-led transformation programs.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, identify delivery risks and drive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and delivery reporting.
• Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent streams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery planning across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Proactively investigate risks, blockers and schedule impacts, driving issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate delivery activities across business, technology, digital and data teams.
• Lead governance, reporting, forecasting and delivery tracking activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across a complex delivery environment.
• Utilise Jira to monitor progress and support delivery execution.
