Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a customer-facing role within service-driven environments.
• Experience with data centers, IT services or telecoms is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end post-sales customer experience for strategic accounts.
• Monitor SLA performance, report against contractual obligations, drive improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding with implementation and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, pursue renewal opportunities and retention.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive continuous service improvement.
