Job summary

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology leader, is seeking an experienced Commercial Analytics professional in Australia to drive Enterprise Accounts strategy, pricing, and data-driven insights. You will build financial models, dashboards, and market-share analyses to optimize contract performance and growth across portfolio segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills; strong Excel and intermediate PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and other data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Accounts commercial strategy and pricing models.
• Lead development of financial modeling to analyze deal metrics and profitability.
• Develop market share reporting and dashboards to drive growth and contract performance.
• Create data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI, and other data platforms.
• Provide coaching to offshore rebate teams and run upskilling workshops.
• Set up monthly/quarterly/annual contract performance reporting and forecasts.
• Champion AI-assisted data interrogation and analytical solution development.
• Prepare strategy decks for internal and external business reviews.
