Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Commercial Analyst for Enterprise Accounts in Sydney. You will drive commercial strategy across Cardiovascular, Medical Surgical, and Neuroscience portfolios, building pricing models and dashboards to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Advanced MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and other data analytics tools.
Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.
Proven ability to implement process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial modelling and pricing templates for group level contracts.
Develop market share reporting and analysis to identify revenue opportunities.
Create dashboards in Power BI and Excel for timely deal performance insights.
Support rebates processes and coach offshore Rebates team.
Set up monthly/quarterly/annual contract performance reporting.
