Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a Commercial Excellence Analyst for a global MedTech client in Sydney. You will connect strategy, data and field execution with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape how the business targets customers, deploys resources and identifies growth opportunities.

You will develop KPIs, tell the performance story, and translate findings into recommendations enabling faster, smarter decisions.

Qualifications

Commercially focused professional with SFE/Commercial Analyst background.
Experience in Healthcare or FMCG sectors.
Able to translate objectives into KPIs and insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Proficient in Tableau and Salesforce; advanced Excel.
Experienced in dashboards, reporting, and visualisation.
Comfort developing scalable analytics, automation and self-service.
Proactive, curious and able to prioritise.

Responsibilities
