Job summary

Medtronic Australia is seeking a senior commercial professional to shape the Enterprise Accounts strategy across cardiovascular, medical surgical, and neuroscience portfolios. You will develop financial modelling, pricing templates, and dashboards, and drive data-driven insights to strengthen contract performance.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams, leading data analyses, market share reporting, and KPI tracking to maximize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office suite proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tools experience.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and automate analysis and data reviews.
• Proven track record in devising and implementing process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial modelling and pricing templates to support contract proposals.
• Create market share reporting, market models, and data analysis for deal insight.
• Lead dashboards and data extraction via Excel, Power BI and data platforms for stakeholders.
• Coach and collaborate with the Rebates team and global offshored analysts.
• Set up contract performance reporting and forecasts for major Strategic Customer contracts.
• Support scenario analysis and translate commercial questions into analytical solutions.
