Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst in Sydney to join the Enterprise Accounts team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy, supporting contract performance, pricing, and market share analysis.

You will lead financial modelling, build dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for account managers and sales leaders, and help drive AI-enabled insights across major strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Marketing.
• CA/CPA highly regarded but not essential.
• 4–5+ years' experience as a Senior Commercial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, or similar.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau; SAP and CRM (Salesforce) experience a plus.
• Comfort using AI tools/agents to automate and enhance analysis.
• Track record of process improvement and standardisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling and pricing templates to support major contract proposals.

• Support rebate accrual and reporting processes, coaching an offshore team.
• Set up monthly, quarterly and annual contract performance reporting and forecasts for major strategic accounts.
• Champion use of AI tools to interrogate data and support scenario analysis.
• Build strategy decks for internal and external business reviews; partner across Finance, Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues.

Our client is a large, global medical technology organisation with a significant presence across ANZ. As part of a broader Commercial Strategy function supporting major strategic and corporate accounts, they're looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join the Enterprise Accounts team.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy. supporting contract performance, pricing, and market share analysis for some of the organisation's most significant accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading financial modelling and pricing templates to support major contract proposals, with a focus on deal profitability and viability
• Developing market share reporting and models to identify revenue opportunities and track contract performance
• Building and improving dashboards and reporting (Excel, Power BI) used by account managers and sales leaders to track deal effectiveness
• Supporting best-practice rebate accrual and reporting processes, including coaching an offshore team
• Setting up monthly, quarterly and annual contract performance reporting and forecasts for major strategic accounts
• Championing the use of AI tools to interrogate data, generate insights and support scenario analysis, acting as a bridge between commercial stakeholders and data/AI capability
• Building strategy decks for internal and external business reviewsPartnering across Finance, Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues affecting contract and sales performance

What We Are Looking For:

You bring:

• A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Marketing
