HiBob is seeking a proven BDR in Australia to drive pipeline for our HRIS platform among 1,000+ employee enterprises. You’ll design targeted outreach, map stakeholders, and collaborate with Enterprise AEs to win new business.

This role emphasizes multi-channel prospecting, relationships, and a strategic approach within a growing APJ team. Hybrid work from day one with flexibility and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in lead generation or outbound sales demonstrated.
• Interest or experience in SaaS organizations.
• Strong people skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Independent, organized self-starter who can multi-task.
• Team player who collaborates with others.

Aufgaben

• Find new business opportunities for Bob’s HRIS solution.
• Generate outbound pipeline within defined enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
• Execute structured, account-based outreach aligned to territory priorities.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Secure high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
• Research accounts and map buying groups to develop tailored outreach strategies.
