Job summary

HorizonOne Recruitment has partnered with a national organisation to recruit an APS 6 Bargaining Officer in Canberra. The role supports enterprise bargaining activities, HR and workplace relations, coordinating information and engaging stakeholders to progress bargaining processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise bargaining, human resources or workplace relations.
• Ability to manage complex work with structure and practicality.
• Proven ability to coordinate information and support bargaining activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise bargaining activities
• Provide advice on bargaining and workplace relations matters
• Coordinate information, documentation and actions throughout the bargaining process
• Support engagement with internal stakeholders and relevant representatives
• Prepare briefing materials, reports and other documentation
• Track activities, milestones and deliverables
• Support project management to keep bargaining work on track
• Manage competing priorities and respond to emerging issues
• Contribute to broader HR and people-related activities as required
