Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking an APS5 Workplace Relations Officer or APS6 Workplace Relations Adviser for a 12‑month temporary position with potential for permanent transfer. The role can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney and is open to ongoing APS employees only.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of APS employment legislation and policy frameworks.
• Ability to provide accurate specialist advice on workplace relations issues.
• Ability to propose and implement innovation initiatives and participate in change.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; coaching managers on HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tribunal’s Enterprise Bargaining Team and contribute to bargaining processes.
