An opportunity is available for an experienced HR or workplace relations professional to support the organisation’s current enterprise bargaining activities.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working across complex projects, managing competing priorities and bringing structure to work that involves multiple stakeholders.
You will play an important role in supporting bargaining activities, coordinating information and ensuring the work progresses effectively.

As the APS 6 Bargaining Officer, you will provide practical HR, bargaining and project support throughout the current enterprise bargaining process.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will bring experience in enterprise bargaining, human resources, workplace relations or a related field, together with the ability to manage complex work in a structured and practical way.
You may have supported an enterprise agreement negotiation from beginning to end, or have played a significant role in coordinating bargaining activities, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
Either way, you will understand the pace and competing demands that come with bargaining and be comfortable working across a range of stakeholders and priorities.
Strong organisational and communication skills will be essential, along with the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
You will be proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of your work while contributing positively as part of a broader team.
