Job summary

Culminate is seeking a Consultant Manager – Enterprise Banking to oversee day-to-day client relations and consultant experience within a major financial services account. This role focuses on maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and driving value across projects.

You will work closely with consultants and client stakeholders, identifying opportunities as they emerge and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Strong client or account management experience required.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors or professional services teams.
• Comfortable operating in a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commercial curiosity and ability to spot opportunities.
• Excellent organisation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day client relationship and consultant experience within the account.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and reporting managers across projects.
• Stay close to projects, team changes and future requirements.
• Be the trusted point of contact across the account.
• Run regular consultant check-ins and assess contributions.
• Track performance, risks, end dates, extensions and redeployment.
• Capture development goals, skills and future plans.
• Identify new projects, capability gaps and squad opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and feed them into the Culminate team.
