Aspiring Talent is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape and oversee the organisation's enterprise architecture as part of a major technology transformation. You will define frameworks, roadmaps and governance to guide CMS, ERP and CRM initiatives and partner with senior leaders to align strategic direction.

Fully remote with occasional onsite engagement, the role offers influence over architecture strategy, collaboration with a high-calibre leadership team and substantial transformation

Formación

• Proven Enterprise Architecture experience within complex technology environments.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or major enterprise platform implementations.
• Understanding of data architecture and governance.

Responsabilidades

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare and aged care sector embarking on a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation.

We're seeking a technically strong Enterprise Architect to establish and shape the organisation's enterprise architecture, supporting the selection and implementation of a new Care Management System (CMS) and its broader technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture frameworks, principles and future-state roadmaps.
• Lead architectural planning across CMS, ERP, CRM and Finance platforms.
• Provide architectural governance and direction to Solution Architects and delivery teams.
• Establish alignment across enterprise applications, integrations, data architecture and governance.
• Work closely with Technology, Data and Transformation leaders to influence strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring
