Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join a large, complex organisation in Melbourne, shaping the technology landscape across business and technology. You’ll translate strategic objectives into practical roadmaps and target-state architectures, guiding governance and transformation efforts.

In this role you’ll lead the EA function, define reference architectures, blueprints and roadmaps, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with the broader enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards and target-state design.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.

I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a senior Enterprise Architect to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in shaping its future technology landscape. This is a genuine enterprise-level architecture position – you’ll be working across business and technology, helping translate strategic objectives into practical technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.
