Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation Architect to lead application modernisation engagements for clients across financial services and other industries. You will assess portfolios, develop strategic roadmaps, and design target state architectures aligned with cloud migration objectives.

As part of a global practice, you will work on diverse transformation programs, contribute to modernisation methodologies, and collaborate with specialists across our delivery

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture with large-scale systems integration and application modernisation programs.
• Experience in Dynamics365, CRM transformation and Contact Centre transformation would be preferred.
• Experience of AI agent development and using AI in architecture services delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Experience assessing and modernising legacy systems including mainframe environments.
• Familiarity with API-led integration strategies and platforms.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in consulting or systems integration environments.
• Industry certifications for architecture.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare, insurance or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modernisation assessment tools and automated code analysis.
• Understanding of Australian regulatory and compliance requirements.

Enterprise Transformation Architect - Application Modernisation

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect .Transformation and Enterprise Architecture practice. In this role, you'll lead application modernisation engagements for clients across financial services and other industries, working with business and technology stakeholders to assess application portfolios, develop strategic modernisation roadmaps, and design target state architectures aligned with cloud migration objectives.

As part of a global practice, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse transformation programs, contribute to modernisation methodologies and accelerators, and collaborate with specialists across our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise architecture service engagements for customers


• Conduct comprehensive discovery and assessment of legacy applications to determine appropriate modernisation pathways using established frameworks


• Evaluate application interdependencies, data flows, and integration patterns to inform migration strategies


• Develop business capability-led modernisation strategies that articulate clear business value and ROI


• Design target state architectures leveraging platform / cloud native services and modern integration patterns


• Design and implement AI solutions


• Create detailed migration roadmaps with phased delivery approaches and risk mitigation strategies


• Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate findings and build consensus around recommended approachesProduce executive-ready documentation including technical specifications and business cases


• Contribute to practice development, methodologies, and reusable assets

Required Experience

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture with demonstrable experience in large-scale systems integration and application modernisation programs


• Experience in Dynamics365, CRM transformation, Contact Centre transformation, would be preferred.


• Experience of AI agent development, hands-on implementation and use of AI in architecture services delivery


• Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns
