Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders across Customer and PHI, translate business needs into practical solutions, and help govern platform releases and adoption.

Qualifications
- Experience in business and functional analysis across CRM, contact centre, claims or enterprise applications environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and impact assessment.
- Experience working with vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and process analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Act as the functional authority for Genesys Cloud CX and HAMBS.
- Support platform governance, release readiness and adoption.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, testing activities and business acceptance.
- Support continuous improvement across customer and PHI platforms.
