Job summary

GMHBA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead to join our Technology team on a 4-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave. You will partner with senior technology leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive portfolio visibility, coordinate releases, manage dependencies and champion delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise technology delivery within Agile and governed SDLC environments.
• Strong planning, dependency management, release coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technology teams and external delivery partners.
• Expertise using delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms.
• Agile, Program or Project Delivery certification.

You'll work at the heart of our Enterprise Applications team, partnering with senior technology leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive portfolio visibility, coordinate releases, manage dependencies and champion delivery excellence.

This isn't a traditional project management role.

You'll be the connective tissue across our Enterprise Applications portfolio, helping teams work smarter, reducing delivery friction, improving flow, and ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can quickly build credibility, influence outcomes and bring structure to a fast-moving technology environment.

You'll Have:

• Proven experience leading enterprise technology delivery within Agile and governed SDLC environments
• Strong planning, dependency management, release coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technology teams and external delivery partners
• Expertise using delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms
• Agile, Program or Project Delivery certification
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• ITIL or Change Enablement experience
• Experience working within a regulated industry
