Job summary

GMHBA Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead for a 4-month fixed-term parental leave cover. You will drive enterprise delivery across multiple initiatives, coordinate releases and changes, and coach teams in agile practices to improve predictability and flow.

This leadership role requires strong stakeholder management and experience with Azure DevOps/Jira in a regulated environment. The position is based in Australia, with a focus on delivering critical enterprise initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise technology delivery within Agile and governed SDLC environments.
• Strong planning, dependency management, release coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technology teams and external delivery partners.
• ITIL or Change Enablement experience is a plus.
