Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work in Sydney to design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that drive adoption of OpenAI products like ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will lead workshops, create scalable training assets, and collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to translate AI capabilities into real business value.

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles in enterprise settings.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business value for executives and teams.
Experience designing learning journeys and live enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

Own enablement of OpenAI products (ChatGPT Enterprise, Agents) and define adoption patterns.
Serve as SME for designated product areas and relay customer feedback to product teams.
Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, and long-term adoption.
Design and deliver high-impact engagements: onboarding, advanced trainings, executive briefings, workshops.
Drive activation and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
Develop reusable training assets and playbooks from patterns across customers.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to inform product and program improvements.
Maintain SME role across product areas and identify new use cases for adoption.
