Job summary

AI Ready is looking for a curious, practical thinker to support an enterprise AI training program in Sydney. You’ll prepare materials, support workshops and help participants apply AI to everyday work, starting in a support role with room to grow into delivering your own sessions.

This Sydney-based hybrid role includes travel for client workshops in 2027. Salary is 70,000–85,000 plus super with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business management or related.
• Experience teaching large cohorts or presenting to groups.
• Experience creating learning materials or presentations.
• Client-facing experience in consulting, professional services, training or L&D.
• Australian citizenship preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and support workshops (virtual and in-person).
• Research and test AI tools and workflows, turning findings into training content and client resources.
• Develop and adapt presentations, demonstrations, guides and practical exercises for different client audiences.
• Use participant and client feedback to improve our training.
• Support internal projects and progressively take ownership of content and workshop delivery.
