Job summary

Queensland Department of Education – Queensland is seeking an Enrolments Officer to support Bellbird Park State Secondary College with enrolment operations, data management and policy advice. You will maintain student administration systems, produce statistical data and assist with updating the enrolment handbook and related policies.

The role requires collaboration with the Business Manager and Principal to ensure accurate records and timely family communications, while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with student enrolment data management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of enrolments and provide enrolment management policy advice, including onboarding and exiting of students.
• Maintain student administration systems for enrolment data review and reporting.
• Assist Business Manager and Principal with statistical analysis to support business continuity.
• Consult with Business Manager on enrolment data, policies and enquiries.
• Manage information on enrolments on the website and ensure the enrolment handbook is up to date.
• Contribute to projects renewing enrolment policies, systems and procedures.
