Job summary

C&K is seeking a proactive Family Engagement Specialist in Kedron, Qld. This fixed-term, full-time role (6 months with possible extension) offers a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexible start/finish times.

You will build enrolment systems, manage lead pipelines and drive occupancy growth across services. You’ll collaborate with centre leaders and Marketing, use data to identify barriers, and create consistent ways of working that improve family engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or enrolment management with a growth track record.
• Ability to work autonomously and implement new systems.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build enrolment systems from the ground up with processes, tools and frameworks for enquiries, lead pipelines, waitlists and follow-up.
• Own the enrolment process end to end, setup systems, monitor outcomes and achieve targets.
• Drive enrolment growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening family relationships.
• Create an exceptional family experience by streamlining the enrolment journey and ensuring compliance.
• Use data to track leads, conversion and trends and drive continuous improvements in partnership with centre leaders and Marketing.
