Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Coordinator, Enrolment and Student Progress based at Bedford Park. You will coordinate high-quality enrolment and student progress services, advising staff and students on course planning, with a focus on improving student success and retention.

You will work closely with College leadership to implement continuous improvement, policy interpretation and effective service delivery across the SAS unit within the university structure.

Qualifications

• Experience managing support services in a large, complex org.
• Ability to interpret higher education policies for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on enrolment, course planning and student progress.
• Coordinate delivery of enrolment and student progress services; resolve complex enquiries.
• Support university-wide enrolment activities and student success initiatives.
