Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Continuing Higher Education Officer (Level 7) to lead the Admissions team and oversee end-to-end applicant workflows at Bedford Park. Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, the role drives high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across admission operations, ensuring compliance with policies and stakeholder expectations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate processing timelines, and partner with internal teams to support prospective students

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance in a service-focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and provide sound advice and guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience working within admissions, student administration or a comparable compliance-focused environment.
