Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Continuing Higher Education Officer (Level 7) to lead the Admissions team and oversee end-to-end applicant workflows at Bedford Park. Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, the role drives high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across admission operations, ensuring compliance with policies and stakeholder expectations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate processing timelines, and partner with internal teams to support prospective students

Position Description

About the Role Join a collaborative and student-focused team supporting the University’s admissions operations. Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, this role provides leadership across admissions workflows, service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes for prospective students and stakeholders. As the Coordinator, Admissions, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting Admissions staff to deliver timely, high-quality services.
  • Overseeing application workflows and contributing to operational performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement of admissions processes, systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and quality standards.
