Job summary

Flinders University is seeking an Education Partnerships and Engagement Officer to join the Curriculum Impact team in Bedford Park, Kaurna Country. The role focuses on developing strategic education partnerships, delivering curriculum initiatives and workforce development programs, including the Degree Apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will coordinate projects from planning through delivery and evaluation, maintain records and dashboards, and draft communications for diverse audiences

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Strong written communication for reports, briefs, and presentations.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to manage competing priorities within agreed frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops and events.
• Develop newsletters, marketing copy, updates, briefing notes, presentations and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and dashboards to support delivery and decision-making.
• Support governance and deliver education partnerships and curriculum initiatives.
