Job summary

Catholic Education - Archdiocese Canberra & Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) is seeking an Enrolment Support Officer to manage enrolment data across 56 schools and contribute to regulatory collections. You will support the Senior Enrolment Officer and engage with school communities to ensure accurate data and a high-quality enrolment experience.

Key duties include collaborating with schools, maintaining data integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives within the Governance and Strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment or service-focused setting, particularly in administration, enrolments, student services, records management or school office operations.

Responsibilities

• Review enrolment information to maintain data quality and facilitate data integration between platforms such as the student administration system, Compass and Funnel.
• Liaise with schools to address data errors and help maintain high-quality data for regulatory collections.
• Support the Principal Strategy Officer and strategy team in implementing the Apostolic Action Plan and assist with research and information requests.
