Qualifications

• Certificate IV or III in Business Administration, or in progress.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student records and handle communication between staff, students and parents.
• Organise school events and support leadership with scheduling and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations and manage office supplies.
• Provide administrative support for teachers and other staff.
• Communicate effectively to create a well-organised and efficient school environment.
