Collarcare Aged Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support residents in Sydney & Central Coast NSW. You will assist with medication administration under the direction of an RN, monitor health, support daily living, and collaborate with RNs, carers and allied health staff.

Qualifications

• Nutrition & Dietetics knowledge required.
• Infection prevention and control practices.
• Administration of medications under RN supervision.
• Maintaining resident wellbeing and personal care routines.
• Documentation of care and observations.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.

• Supporting residents and their families with compassion and respect
