Job summary

Collarcare is actively recruiting Enrolled Nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care to older Australians across various aged care facilities. To be considered, evidence of AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, Australian aged care experience, vaccination requirements, police check, ID, work rights, CPR/First Aid, and NDIS screening

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse is required.
• Australian Working Aged Care facility experience is preferred (not including placements).
• 2 COVID-19 vaccinations + booster are required.
• Flu vaccination is required.
• Valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
• 100 Points of ID required.
• Valid Work Rights in Australia.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality clinical care and support to residents.
• Assisting with medication administration under the direction of an RN.
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes in condition.
• Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Supporting meal consumption and monitoring nutrition and hydration.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Following infection prevention and control procedures.
• Collaborating with RNs, carers, allied health professionals and other care team members.
• Providing person-centred care in accordance with aged care standards.
