Collarcare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in Cairns and Far North Queensland. Join a committed team that values staff wellbeing and offers flexible shifts through our portal.

You will use your AHPRA registration, perform medication assistance under supervision, monitor health, assist with daily activities, and maintain accurate records while upholding infection control and resident-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse is required.
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia is required (not placements).
• 2 COVID-19 vaccinations + booster as per policy.
• Flu vaccination.
• Valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
• 100 Points of ID and Valid Work Rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration under RN direction.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Support meal consumption and monitor nutrition/hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Collaborate with RNs, carers and other health staff.
• Provide person-centred care in line with aged care standards.
• Support residents and families with compassion and respect.
