Collarcare Aged Care is seeking Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality care to older Australians across Riverina & South West NSW. The role focuses on supporting residents, administering medications under RN supervision, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates will hold AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian aged care facility experience, plus up-to-date vaccines, a police check, and working rights. Flexible shifts and supportive leadership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Evidence of AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse is required.
• Experience in Working Aged Care facilities in Australia (not placements) is expected.
• Must have 2 COVID-19 vaccinations + booster and flu vaccination.
• Valid Police Check within the last 12 months and 100 Points of ID.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents.

• Assist with personal care and daily activities.

To be considered, you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia (this does not include placements)
• 2 COVID-19 vaccinations + booster
• Flu vaccination
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
• 100 Points of ID
• Valid Work Rights
• Current CPR & First Aid
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

• Providing high-quality clinical care and support to residents
• Assisting with medication administration under the direction of an RN
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes in condition
• Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
• Supporting meal consumption and monitoring nutrition and hydration
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Following infection prevention and control procedures
• Working collaboratively with RNs, carers, allied health professionals and other members of the care team
• Providing person-centred care in accordance with aged care standards
