Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed) for casual PM shifts at Condare Court, Camberwell. You will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care and support Registered Nurses to ensure resident wellbeing in a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration as Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) with aged care/home care experience preferred, and be available for 14:45–22:00 shifts across the week.

Qualificações

• Must have current AHPRA registration as Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2).
• Experience in aged care/home care preferred.
• Proven reliability and consistency to take on shifts.
• Ability to work in PM shifts (14:45–22:00) across the week.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, person-centered nursing care to residents and families.
• Support Registered Nurses and provide leadership to Personal Care Workers.
• Assist with assessment, care planning, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes.
• Analyse risk and participate in clinical handover with RNs.
• Coordinate daily routines and maintain safe medication practices in collaboration with the RN.

About the opportunity:

Casual Opportunities are available but you MUST HAVE:

• at least 12mths of ENM and Aged Care experience
• flexibility to pick up a range of PM (14:45 - 22:00) shifts across the week
• availability to pick up at least 3 shifts per week
• reliability and consistency that can be depended upon if you accept shifts

Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in their role to promote a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care at Uniting AgeWell – Condare Court, Camberwell

• Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents and families, including consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs
• Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management to enhance their wellbeing
• To support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes
• Analyse risk, implement strategies and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses
• Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management in consultation with the Registered Nurses

About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential!

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
• Experienced as an EEN in residential aged care/ home care (preferred)
• Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired)
• Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
• Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a fast paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners
• Available and committed to work in the above mentioned roster vacancies

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

• A currentWorking With Children Check (Employee) card
• Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
