Arcare Aged Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Brisbane team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate nursing care and support residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing required.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the RN or health care team.
• Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
• Conduct assessments and document care via the eCase system, escalating concerns when needed.
