Job summary

Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a registered nurse to deliver delegated patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, in line with NSW Health guidelines and local protocols.

Your role spans assessment, intervention and evaluation of health status, with collaboration across the healthcare team to involve patients and families in planning and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration is required.
• Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.

Responsibilities

About the role

Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in line with NSW Health guidelines and local protocols, you'll deliver delegated patient care while retaining full accountability for your practice. Your responsibilities span assessment, intervention, and evaluation of individual health and functional status with consistent communication to the RN regarding any changes. You'll apply critical thinking to support care decisions and work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to involve patients, families, and carers in planning and achieving positive health outcomes.
