Job summary

Calvary Health Care Kogarah is recruiting for a nursing role delivering delegated patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess, intervene and evaluate patient status, while maintaining accountability and clear communication with the RN.

Job description

About the role

Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in line with NSW Health guidelines and local protocols, you'll deliver delegated patient care while retaining full accountability for your practice. Your responsibilities span assessment, intervention, and evaluation of individual health and functional status with consistent communication to the RN regarding any changes. You'll apply critical thinking to support care decisions and work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to involve patients, families, and carers in planning and achieving positive health outcomes.
