Job summary

Respect Group Limited is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for Lyndoch Living, a dynamic aged care community in Lyndoch, SA. You will work with Registered Nurses and care staff to support clinical outcomes and deliver person-centred care in a 24/7 nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivery and resident outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and ensure correct handling and record-keeping.

We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our aged care team, working a rotating roster across morning and afternoon shifts.

In these roles, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to support positive clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where dignity and person-centred care guide everyday practice.

No two days are the same! As an Enrolled Nurse you will:

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families to identify care needs and support individualised care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that reflects care delivery and resident outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and ensure correct handling, storage, and record-keeping.
• Monitor residents’ health, report changes promptly to Registered Nurses, and support the care team in delivering safe, person-centred care.
• Participate in team handovers, care planning discussions, and initiatives that promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to monitor, assess, and respond to changes in residents’ health.
• Knowledge of residential care practices, care planning, clinical documentation, and the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
• Understanding of aged care accreditation processes and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain), required immunisations, and a flexible, professional approach to shift work.
