Arcare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our aged care facilities across Australia.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will perform personal care, administer medications, monitor health, and contribute to holistic resident outcomes, within Arcare’s values and standards.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA Registration is required.
• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing required.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care: assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Medication Administration: administering prescribed meds and maintaining documentation.
• Health Monitoring: observing, recording and reporting vital signs and changes.
• Wound Care: providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
• Assessment & Reporting: conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalate to RN.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

What we’re looking for

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities
