Arcare Warriewood is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

You will assist with ADLs, medication administration, health monitoring and wound care, while documenting care in the electronic system.

Applicants must have AHPRA registration and a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing, with a passion for aged care and strong teamwork.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team
